This lovely little pin/trinket dish is by Lefton China, and it has pink roses, tiny blue flowers, gilding and glitter on a heavy bone white china. The back mark clearly shows "Lefton China" above a crown and "Hand Painted" with the registration & patent numbers as well as what appears to be a style number of 845.
