This 7" Marx & Gutherz Carlsbad plate has a pale yellow/orange/green floral design and a scalloped edge. It is very "dainty" feeling as far as the weight of the porcelain. This particular M&G Carlsbad mark dates this plate from 1885 - 1918, so it is an antique (or close to it if it was made at the end of the era).
