This pink dog/poodle has rhinestone eyes, a gold tone bow tie, and small floral rosettes in various places. This cute pup was most likely produced in the 1950s, and was originally part of a 3 piece set (this is the larger of the 3 pieces - the "mom"). This item was made in Japan. There is very little crazing and no paint damage that I could see.
