This small Satsuma Moriage miniature bud vase has amazing color saturation - shades of brown, orange, red, blue, green & gold. The beaded moriage art is detailed and the vase is marked "made in Occupied Japan", and appears to have a samurai warrior motif. Occupied Japan marks date from 1945 - 1952.
