This plate is a collectible souvenir from Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. It has images from a number of landmarks in Sarajevo, as well as a reference to the 1984 Winter Olympics (when Sarajevo was part of Communist Yugoslavia). The Olympics image contains the date of the winter games, and an image of Vučko, the little wolf. The Vučko is a long-time symbol of Sarajevo. This is an interesting bit of tourist memorabilia that would be great for a collector. I have not found one similar online, so it may be a relatively rare piece in the US.
