This pitcher was made in Tonala, Mexico and is marked "CAT Tonala Mexico 2". It looks similar to the pottery made by Ken Edwards, but there are other potteries in Tonala which make similar designs. The pitcher has wonderful color, with birds and butterflies and flowers. There is some chipping to the glaze on the handle, but this is still a beautiful piece of folk art pottery!
