This vintage made in Japan figurine depicts a pair of kids, a boy and girl in what appears to be Bavarian/German/Austrian style clothing. They have red cheeks and the piece is a bit dirty, but I did not clean it to avoid any paint loss - there is minimal crazing and no chips that I could see.
