This vintage lidded bowl appear to be a sugar bowl or perhaps a small tea caddy. This white porcelain bowl has a handpainted floral design with gilding on the rim and on the lid handle. It is marked "1435" on the bottom, and most likely was produced in Germany, Austria, or Czechoslovakia between the 1920s - 1940s based on the style and the art. This item has minimal crazing/wear and no chips or cracks.
