This pretty vintage cake plate has a baby blue rim and is decorated with pretty blue & white forget-me-not flowers. It is marked "Thomas Sevres Bavaria" - this mark was used between 1908 & 1939. There is some wear to the gilding on the rim, as well as to the "rim" around the decoration, but no chips or cracks. .
