International Stoneware Blue Floral Creamer Made in Japan Restaurant Ware
This cute little creamer was made by International Stoneware of Japan, and is most likely from the 1950s - 1960s. It is solid stoneware, and was probably used in restaurants and diners. The decoration is blue and tan/gold and appears to be a thistle. There is also an interesting scalloped design element above the decoration.
