This pretty plate is a pale peach/tan color and has a green rim with a pink floral design. It is marked Haviland France with the number 22 below. It also has "Ruth Ross 04" on it, which I assume is the person who painted this and owned the plate. Haviland & Limoges plates were available blank with a painting kit and so it is common to see a signature like this. This particular makers mark was used on blank items between 1894 - 1931. My guess is this dates to 1904 since that is the number under the name. There are no chips or cracks and minimal crazing/discoloration.
