This pretty 8" plate features a light blue rim with a green vine & pink floral design inside the rim, and gilding on the outside of the rim. It is marked C.T. Altwasser Selesia, and was in a lot with a variety of similar plates which were signed & dated 1914 - 1916. There are no chips or cracks, and minimal crazing/paint loss. It is very pretty, and would look great in a collection or as a stand-alone piece.
