This cool cobalt blue ashtray is in a rounded rectangle shape, with a stylized "s" shape in the center. It is marked Marcrest 75 USA on the back. There are no chips or cracks, and the only issues I see is some very minor crazing and a couple manufacturer flaws on the glaze. An awesome addition to an ashtray collection.
