This pretty cake plate has a reticulated/latticed rim and a chintz style floral design. It is marked "Germany" and most likely was produced in the 1920s by Schumann Bavaria Porcelain (the design & pattern are very similar to a set they produced). It is in good condition, with no chips or cracks although there is some fading & wear to the pattern.
