This pretty set consists of a creamer & a sugar bowl with lid, with a white body with a floral design. The rim of each piece is black with gilding, and a floral design below. The lid of the sugar bowl also has a floral design & gilding to the top handle. It is marked C.T. Germany (C. Tielsch & Co), and this mark was used between 1887 - 1934. It also has gilded numbers: 20769 88. This set is in good condition, with no chips or cracks, and a bit of wear to the gilding on the rims of the pieces (which can be expected in a set of this age).
