This beautiful plate has a gorgeous Asian-style floral design with a colorful pheasant on a flowering tree in the center and a deco design around the rim. The makers mark shows "Whieldon Ware Pheasant, F. Winkle & Co. England", which dates this to 1908 - 1911 (when "LTD" was added to the name). It is in good condition, with no chips or cracks and some light wear to the pheasant design in the center.
