This cute 4" decorative plate was made in Japan and features a nice floral design in blue and pink in the center, and an almost calico type pattern around the rim. It has the original "made in Japan" label on it as well as a makers mark in blue (I wasn't able to find this specific makers mark in my library). It is in good condition, with no chips or cracks and minimal crazing.
