This vintage mustache cup features a blue rim with a dainty rose on a vine design below, and a pretty gilded design in between and "Affections Offering" in gold as well. There is also gilding on the foot and inside around the "mustache blocking" area. I've seen this type of cup called a "sentiment cup". It was most likely produced in the 1930s - 1940s, but the only mark it has is "368" written in gilding on the bottom. It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks and minimal crazing/paint loss.
