This very cool carnival glass "hat" vase features a starburst/floral design in the center which radiates out to the edges. The prior owner states that it is a Fenton piece in the "Peacock Tail" design, which was produced in 1911. It is in very good condition, with minimal wear - however, there is a tiny chip on the rim. A great addition to a carnival glass or Fenton collection!
